a) |
Firstly, MSA Consultancy Services would recruit the right candidate for the client. The right to final interview and selection would remain with the client itself.

MSA would take care of the payroll management like PF/ESI/Professional Tax and other statutory compliances of the selected candidate.

c) |
In such a case, no client would be liable for any present/future demand in respect of the above statutory claims for the selected candidate.

The client/company would have to issue a "WORK ORDER" for each selected candidate in the name of "MSA Consultancy Services" which would mention the professional fee of MSA. (Including the salary of the selected candidate.)

| e) |
MSA would provide appraisals to the employees/candidates as and when intimated by the clients. This would thus lead to the issue of fresh "WORK ORDER" to MSA Consultancy Services by the client.

The method of appraisal would be decided on a client to client basis. |
 |
The duration of appraisal/increment, the amount (in Rs.) would be decided by the client itself. |
